Enable Operational Change
Prepare your workforce to successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Organizations invest heavily in new technologies and process improvements, but successful implementation depends on employees understanding how their work is changing. Pinyon Learning develops practical learning solutions that support smooth transitions, reduce disruption, and accelerate adoption.
Why Change Initiatives Struggle
New systems change workflows.
Employees are asked to work differently.
Training often focuses on software rather than job performance.
Adoption becomes inconsistent.
Productivity suffers during the transition.
People drive organizational change.
Common Signs Your Organization May Need Help
A new software platform is being implemented.
Existing processes are being standardized.
Teams are working differently than before.
Employees are uncertain about new responsibilities.
Adoption is inconsistent across departments or locations.
Training needs to reach multiple roles quickly.
How Pinyon Helps
Pinyon Learning develops learning solutions that help employees understand not only how systems and processes change, but how their day-to-day work changes as a result.
Enterprise Systems Adoption
The following project illustrates how targeted learning and performance support helped an enterprise organization successfully transition to a new way of working.
Challenge
Gap Inc. was standardizing digital content production across its four retail brands—Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta—by replacing multiple legacy publishing workflows with a single headless CMS platform. The transition required hundreds of users to adopt new tools, standardized processes, and new ways of managing website content while maintaining the speed and accuracy required for ongoing merchandising, promotions, and product launches.
Approach
Partnered with the Director leading the enterprise transformation to design and develop role-based training that supported the transition from four independent production methods to a unified publishing workflow.
Developed learning resources, demonstration videos, documentation, hands-on lab time, and performance support materials that helped teams understand new processes, responsibilities, and system functionality throughout the implementation.
Outcome
Supported a successful enterprise-wide transition to a standardized content management process across four major retail brands.
The training program, hands-on time, and support materials and videos helped employees adopt new workflows more efficiently, reduced uncertainty during the rollout, and provided consistent learning resources that supported long-term operational success.
